Purchasing is one of the critical functions in our organization responsible for developing sourcing strategy and supplier relationship management across all areas: from Marketing and Media, Labor and Logistics services to the purchase of Raw and Packing Materials as well as Equipment.
As a Purchasing Manager in this ecosystem, you will lead significant and groundbreaking projects within one of our segments or spending areas.

Обязанности
- development and execution of an effective sourcing strategy;
- supplier relationship management;
- external & internal collaboration: market analysis, benchmarking, prioritization, source-to-pay process coordination, etc.;
- deal negotiations for short- and long-term business allocations;
- analysis and delivery of the total best value for the company via competitive bidding and negotiation;
- mitigation of potential business interruption risks (i.e., capacity, contracts, CPS, quality of service, materials);
- improvement and automation of various work processes.
Требования
- the job requires you to be based in Russia;
- a university degree (DipHE) is required (up to 3 years after graduation);
- good command of English (Upper-Intermediate or higher level);
- strong analytical and interpersonal skills;
- proven leadership capabilities.
Условия
- monthly salary starting from 145 000 RUB gross;
- annual bonus;
