Responsibilities:
- external focus with an emphasis on key national retailers, although you may also work with online retailers;
- understanding of customer and buyer needs;
- collaboration with the entire buying team to prepare business plans and conduct external negotiations;
- commercial category recommendations (e.g., skin care and personal care with Old Spice, tissue care with Ariel, oral care with Oral-B, baby care with Pampers, hair care with Head & Shoulders, etc.)
- improve turnover and sales fundamentals by suggesting strategic solutions for budget, assortment and promotion. You will work alongside brand leaders.
Requirements:
- 3+ year students and recent graduates (up to 2 years from the moment of graduation);
- good command of English (Upper-Intermediate or higher level);
- great leadership and communication skills.
Conditions:

- monthly salary 70 000 RUB gross;
- flexible work hours and the possibility to work from home;
- monthly lunch & flexibility allowance 5 000 RUB gross.
