OZON Corporate Development Team (ex-Goldman Sachs, Baring Vostok, Morgan Stanley) is expanding and seeking for bright recent graduate or final year BA/MA student with a deep interest and knowledge in corporate finance and e-commerce and tech industries to join us as Intern. We present an opportunity to be engaged in projects related to Investor Relations, Corporate Finance and Capital Markets.

Responsibilities
- industry and peer company research and benchmarking to generate strategic insights and recommendations that may influence OZON strategy;
- taking part in financial modelling for the purposes of long-term strategic business plan;
- preparation of financial analysis and research presentation materials both for internal discussions and for C-level management;
- potential targets pipeline analysis via industry deep dive and business model complementarity;
- preparation of financial analysis, valuation models and presentation materials;
- participation in various facets of M&A and non-equity commercial deals and projects.
Requirements
- top university with Economics / Finance / Math major — recent graduate or final-year BA/MA student;
- robust knowledge of Corporate Finance and Accounting;
- availability to work full-time and hard-working;
- strong quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skills;
- strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- experienced Excel, PowerPoint, SQL, Tableau or PowerBI user;
- experience in PE / VC or IBD / Equity Research from international / state banks is a strong plus;
- fluent English (verbal and written).
