HR Analytics & BI Reporting Specialist

We are looking for an HR analyst, who will drive and develop analytics in People & Culture, build and test hypotheses and support in data-driven decision making, and who will fully manage the external surveys participation process and implement J-SOX controls.

Responsibilities:
P&C dashboards:
- Provide users with the inferences, search for interconnections, building hypotheses and test them;
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards;
- Conduct training sessions/webinars for users on working with BI reports;
- Work closely with the P&C team.
Salary and C&B community surveys:
- Collect, validate, and submit the data for external surveys;
- Analyze results and share insights with the team;
- Fully manage the flow of related documents.
J-SOX and SAP accuracy:
- Prepare J-SOX reports according to the schedule;
- Control SAP data.
Requirements:
- Higher education;
- Advanced MS Excel and Power BI (M, DAX) is a must;
- Upper-intermediate English (both written and spoken);
- Passion for data analysis as well as data visualization with strong attention to detail;
- Ability to connect the dots and make conclusions is a must;
- Curiosity and learning agility, ambition to learn and grow;
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment;
- Collaborative and solution oriented;
- Ready to welcome changes;
- Experience with massive data and understanding of Statistics is desirable;
- Background in People & Culture is preferred.
