— Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) transactions.
— Review of financial projection models and compare with historical results.
— Participate in client meetings and site visits and interact with clients to gather information.
— Use various software tools as designated by the firm Interact with the other practices of the Transaction departments including M&A, Global Capital Markets, Project Finance, Business Valuation& Strategy and co-ordination of working in cross line-of-service teams.
— Proven project management/people management skills.
— Ability to operate in multitask environment.
— Strong presentation skills.
— Ability to work full-time.
— Availability for overtime work and tough deadlines.
— Business writing skills (both in Russia and in English).
— Russian — native / fluent, English — fluent.
