Job responsibilities:
Responsibilities for Planning and Analysis of the total Supply Chain OPEX as well as Capital Expenditures (CAPEX) related to the leasing contracts:
  • Builds and maintains the multi-factor models for Supply Chain OPEX planning and analysis based on the interaction with the Supply Chain function and investigation and evaluation of the drivers impacting financial results.
  • Prepares Management Reports (standard reporting and as per management requests).
  • Verifies master data and budgets for the leasing contracts.
  • Support functions in terms of leasing contracts maintenance in the Planon system.
  • Prepares annual BP & quarterly RE for the leasing spend.
  • Project work (leasing versus purchase, route to market, logistics schemes changes).
Job requirements:
  • Higher education.
  • Strong communication skills – abilities to communicate in the clear and easy way financial information to the non-finance people, openness to pro-active communication and feedback.
  • Good analytical skills – attention to details and abilities to make conclusions based on big data analysis
  • High speed of work and high stress-resistance.
  • At least one-year experience as finance analyst in FMCG or auditor/assistant auditor.
  • IFRS knowledge (basic IFRS-16 knowledge is a must).
  • At least upper-intermediate English.
  • Advanced Excel and Power Point.
