Consumer Business Intern

Key responsibilities:

— Provide support for all in-product marketing operational activities within deadline
— Configure and administrate Online Sales services related to Kaspersky products’ functionality
— Assist in the development and implementation of in-product marketing plans as needed
— Provide regular project progress reports
— Identify and keep track of key performance metrics, build dashboards, present key insights and ensure data drives actions to improve the business

Mandatory requirements:

— Student (last year bachelor or master degree students)
— Fluent English
— Good communication skills
— Attention to detail
— Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in short timeframe
— PC / MS Office Experienced User
— Basic knowledge in e-commerce, preferably in software industry
— Basic knowledge of HTML

As a plus:

— General project management skills
— Proven ability to achieve goals

Intern, Sales Back Office

Main objective of the position:

— Entering and updating partner’s data into KORM system under agreement terms;
— Providing activation codes for non-commercial purposes;
— Support of local back offices in case of questions and special tasks

Main duties & responsibility:

— Create NFR/trials activation codes for technical support and local offices;
— Create new partners and contact persons in KORM system;
— Tune permissions in KORM system for partners and local back offices under agreement terms;
— Help local back offices with their requests regarding system processes;
— Timely reaction on technical issues with KORM system and escalation requests to IT.

Requirements:

— Study of bachelor degree (or equivalent) in business, management, finance, marketing or operations or relevant work experience;
— Ability to work 25-30 hours a week.
— Professional Knowledge and Skills:
— Good knowledge of working with MS Office;
— Upper-Intermediate English;
— Detail oriented with the ability to consistently produce a high level of accuracy;
— Ability to work independently and successfully execute complex assignments in a dynamic international environment with guidance.

Personal Skills:

— Communication skills and an open communication style, team player, ability to learn, organizational skills.

Intern (B2C Product Launch Specialist)

The responsibilities of the Marketing Operations Manager cover 3 areas:

— Launch management support;
— Standardisation and unification;
— Resource management.

Main duties & responsibility:

There is a number of tasks in each area to be executed by the Intern Product Launch Specialist:

1. launch management – within frontline & UAM product launches, incl.

— Timeline management
— Keeping all systems and sources of information up to date

2. Standardisation and unification – within global marketing project management platform, incl.

— Identification of group of elements to be structured;
— Definition and description of standards for items within these groups;
— Implementation of standards into all processes applicable.

3. Resource management – within global marketing project management platform, incl.

— Consulting on resource availability and optimal usage;
— Day-to-day managing of resources within the program.

Requirements:

Education:

— Study of bachelor degree (or equivalent) in business, marketing or operations — or relevant work experience.
— Ability to work 25-30 hours a week

Professional Knowledge and Skills:

— Process management or marketing operations experience is required;
— Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel abilities;
— Experience working in a demanding international environment is preferred;
— Consultative skills and the ability to prioritise;
— Detail oriented with the ability to consistently produce a high level of accuracy;
— Ability to work independently and successfully execute complex assignments in a dynamic international environment with guidance.
