The Product Support team in Moscow is critical to SAP’s future success, and SAP is looking for candidates who strive to make the world run better. Support engineer who is driven by a desire to provide company’s customers with outstanding customer service. The primary responsibility is to assist support engineers and customers in resolving issues related to the implementation, deployment, functionality, and usage of SAP Products. The engineer will need the ability to support complex environments that include a variety of operating systems, platforms, and databases.

This is a 12-months full-time internship contract.

• Collaboration with fellow support colleagues and other internal organizations to support continuous work in Product Support Department
• Helping Team leaders to organize effective working processes and environment
• Taking ownership of technical issues, and working with our engineers and customers by mails, incident tickets and phone
• Actively communicate in English and Russian in written and oral form
• Creating internal/external content for our knowledge base
• Involvement in product testing and validation
• Research on customer’s feedback (PCC)
• Participation in global internal projects around support processes, infrastructure requirements and quality assurance to make people happier at work
• Execute internal initiatives to ensure the team meets its goals in a close collaboration with various people from different disciplines
• Investigate ways to improve processes with LEAN methodology


• Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science/Finance areas/International Relationship/Management or University Students close to closure
• Excellent customer and colleagues focus and communication skills (oral/written)
• Problem solving/analytical skills
• Ability to work in teams of multicultural nature
• Fast learner with IT affinity
• Willingness to help and support
• Upper-intermediate level of English (spoken and written) is required
• MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
• Knowledge in Financials or Human Resources would be a benefit
