GCO Operations focuses on the successful creation, deployment, and execution of sales supporting processes, tools, and services, across all GCO areas (incl. License, Services, and Education Sales) and in close alignment with related lines of business (incl. HR and Finance).

Main objective of GCO Operations is to provide strategic guidance, operational support and overall coordination of Business Activities.


• Participate in 6 months Data Quality Project, consisting of specific education, mentoring, networking & solving the specific business issues related to CRM analysis
• Big data analysis of existing clients in SAP database
• Review the current list of customers, existing in SAP CRM system per the established reconciliation rules (identify duplicates, bankrupt customers, verifying of existing hierarchy & customer’s turnover)
• Collaborate with SAP Data team from Prague, as well as Local Operations team
• Understand the business process of account creation & segmentation, understand how Sales department use this information and why it is important
• Analyze current market of Russian companies and get insight into SAP culture and specific tools
• Create data that will be used for Go-to-Market activities and will mainly affect the future distribution of clients within the sales department


• For active students willing to pass their practice related to University diploma within SAP
• Bachelor degree (preferably in computer science, economics, mathematics)
• 1-st or 2-nd year student of Master’s Program in one of the top-universities
• Working experience with big scope of data
• Knowledge of SAP CRM will be a plus
• Experience with business areas (retail, telco, banking, discrete) will be a plus
• English: Upper Intermediate and higher
