Presales Associate Hybris is an active participant of the presales organization who supports active sales cycles. The position is an entry level position. The first year is a work / study role where the Presales Associate learns the fundamentals of value-based presales leveraging a structured curriculum and quarterly certification milestones.

Activities include: immersion-style product training via a combination of remote learning, hands-on workshops, and mentor-led activities (year one); demand generation support such as staffing marketing events; deal execution support such as responding to Requests for Proposals, site surveys, value based demonstrations/presentations, solution configuration and solution fit analysis; after sale support such as customer care events.

Expectations and Tasks

• Actively participate in a supporting role in customer facing presentations
• Support demand generation activities by staffing marketing events
• Provide deal execution support by responding to Requests for Proposals
• Participate in discovery and site survey activities
• Assist with post sale customer care engagements
• Build value based demonstrations/presentations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in IT, Engineering, General Business Studies
• 2+ years relevant work experience, including internships
• Relevant coursework/projects that demonstrate your communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong work ethic that delivers high quality deliverables.
• Strong desire to work in a sales organization providing demand generation & deal execution support
• Possess strong sense of teamwork, integrity, self-motivation, positive attitude and creativity
• Able to rapidly absorb new facts and techniques
• Energized by complexity
• Your knowledge in E-Commerce and Java will be your plus
• English fluent; Russian native
