Intern, Accounting Advisory Services

Consultant, Tax&Legal


Participating in a broad range of IT advisory projects (mostly depending on the chosen advisory lines) helping Clients to meet their business needs
Document and understand complex processes and controls using specific industry and technical experience
Support the audit team to help identify the key controls within a client’s business
Assess the design and effectiveness of IT general controls and application controls
Support the substantive testing phase of the audit performing CAAT procedures


Higher education (computer science, mathematical or technical)
Basic knowledge and understanding of major types of information systems, their structure, means of processing, storage and transfer of information
Basic knowledge of economics and business
Basic knowledge of SQL
Ready to travel
Good command of Russian and English (oral and written)
Willingness to study

•Help in preparing financial statements in accordance with IFRS and US GAAP (conversion and consolidation)
•Participation in developing corporate accounting standards (methodologies, accounting policies) in accordance with RAP, IFRS, and US GAAP
•Methodological support of ERP system implementation (SAP Business Suite, Oracle E-Business Suite)

To fulfill the role the candidate is expected to meet the following requirements:
•Have a university degree (or equivalent), or be a final-year student (specialization in Audit and Accounting is desirable)
•Confident English (written and spoken) to work with IFRS
•The ability to work in a team, and a sense of responsibility
•Strong analytical skills, attention to detail
•Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs

There are two main functions in Tax services: tax advisory and tax compliance. Tax advisory frequently involves working in a multi-disciplinary team and meeting Finance Directors and Senior Managers on client visits. Tax compliance implies that you will take a more specialized approach to analyzing clients’ business and tax profiles, looking for process improvements and collaborating with advisory colleagues. But both functions have common principles — starting with an in-depth understanding of the client and a detailed knowledge of the technical issues coupled with communicating complex technical information in a clear and understandable manner.


Higher education degree or last years student;
Good knowledge of Russian tax and accounting legislation is preferable;
Fluent English and Russian;
Strong analytical skills;
Willingness to learn and develop professionally;
Ability to combine work and study.

Assist an interdisciplinary team to perform transaction services assignments, mostly, due diligence;
Collect and process source data for financial analysis of the state and operations of companies that are the targets of prospective transactions;
Participate in preparation of work deliverables to clients;
Support business development activities and various internal initiatives performing information research, data collection, etc.


University degree or a final-year student with ability to work full time;
Good knowledge of accounting and financial statements;
Desire to learn and grow professionally;
Analytical skills, logical approach to problem solving, professional qualities;

Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team to address complex market, competitive and financial issues on behalf of major strategic and financial clients;

Designing and executing strategic and financial analyses on prospective target companies and markets;

Conducting primary and secondary research to help our clients assess the impact of market dynamics and the competitive environment on target companies;

Participating in the design and delivery of interview programs with clients, customers and other potential industry participants;

Contributing to the delivery and presentation of client deliverables, business development and marketing initiatives;

Leading or working on analysis work-streams on engagements and occasionally taking responsibility for small teams;
