The Online Sales Specialist is responsible for in-product marketing project tasks implementation, which aimed at increased conversion rate and improved customer communication and experience. Be first stop contact person for any related questions.

Working closely with other departments in the Territory office as well as in Regional Office and Headquarters. Meet the deadlines for in-product marketing project plans. Being able to deliver urgent tasks in short timeframe. Provide regular project progress/statistic and reports. Identify and keep track of key performance metrics, build dashboards, present key insights and ensure data drives actions to improve the business. In this role, you will be a key member of the global online sales team.

Key responsibilities:

— Provide support for all in-product marketing operational activities;
— Prepare, execute, control and report action plans as well as sales statistics of online sales;
— Assist in the development and implementation of in-product marketing plans as needed;
— Prepare statistic reports;
— Provide support for test orders management/cancelling;
— Work closely with other departments within Headquarters and with the local and regional offices, as well as with eCommerce providers;
— Adhere to all company policies, procedures.

Must have

— Student (second or third year of education, masters`s degree students);
— Basic knowledge in e-commerce, preferably in software industry;
— Good communication skills;
— Attention to detail;
— Ability to communicate with KL/Partners in different Time Zones;
— Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in short timeframe;
— Fluent English;
— PC/ MS Office Experience User.

As a plus

— General project management skills;
— Customer oriented approach;
— Proven ability to achieve goals.
